We are a comprehensive, one-stop healthcare provider offering residential and day program services for adults with disabilities. Our agency supports individuals of all ages with safe, secure, and high-quality services designed to promote dignity, independence, and overall well-being.

Within the District of Columbia, we provide residential services under the Human Care Agreement framework, coordinating multiple aspects of each resident’s care. Through our broad network of medical professionals and compassionate support staff, we ensure that every person supported has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.
